All bets placed on ko37's sportsbook are subject to acceptance at ko37's discretion. ko37 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where ko37 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or error in the displayed odds. Acceptance of a bet by ko37 does not constitute a guarantee of payment in the event that irregularities are subsequently identified.
A bet may be declared void by ko37 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned; the bet being placed on an incorrect market due to a technical error; the odds at the time of acceptance being clearly erroneous; or the event outcome being influenced by corrupt activity. Voided bets result in the return of the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international fixtures, and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being suspended or abandoned without a result, relevant markets will be voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result has been officially declared. Player performance markets will be voided if the named player does not take part in the match.
